We require all clients to complete a Credit Card Authorization form so we can automatically bill the next business day after your session. If any issues arise with your payment, our office will contact you directly. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards.
Please note that we do not accept cash payments, as our office staff is only available during certain times, and our staff do not handle financial transactions. If you have any questions about billing, please contact our office.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance by calling our office or using our online portal. This allows us to offer your time slot to another client. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subjected to a cancellation fee equal to the amount of the appointment. Each client does receive 1 free late cancellation per calendar year.

Please feel free to contact us, and we will ensure your inquiries are addressed promptly.
A health and wellness coach helps you turn what you already know you "should" be doing into habits you can actually sustain. Rather than handing you a generic plan, I work with you to undersand what's getting in the way - energy, stress, time, past experiences - and build realistic, personalized steps around your life. My role is to support behavior change, accountability, and sustainable habits in areas like nutrition, movement, stress management, and sleep.
Coaching and therapy serve different purposes. Coaching is future-focused and action - oriented, it helps you set goals, build habits, and stay accountable. It does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions and is not a substitute for psychotherapy or medical car. If you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or another mental health concern, our sister practice, Revive To Thrive Therapies, offers licensed therapy with clincians who specialize in those areas.
ACE stands for Adverse Childhood Experiences - a well researched framework showing the early-life stress can shape adult health behaviors and outcomes. As an ACE-informed coach, I understand that the habits that feel hardest to change are often shaped by past experience, not a lack of willpower. My coaching approach starts from that understanding rather than from judgement, and integrates nervous system awareness alongside practical habit-building.
Coaching tends to be a good fit if you feel overwhelmed trying to improve your health on your own, want lasting habits instead of another quick fix, are navigating a life transition, or want accountability that feels encouraging rather than critical. It's not a fit if you're looking for a diagnosis or treatment of a mental health or medical condition - for that, licensed therapy or medical care is the right next step.
